The open plan kitchen area is fully equipped for all your needs, complete with refrigerator/ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, self
cleaning oven, coffee maker, toaster, double sink with waste disposal unit and all the utensils required to cook a gourmet meal should you
wish.
Kitchen/Breakfast Bar
Our home provides all of the space and privacy necessary for a happy family holiday. The lounge is a large and spacious room with high
vaulted ceilings and big comfy sofas (2x 3 seater and 1x 2 seater). Furnished to a high standard including coffee table, full sized dining table,
and for your entertainment, a LCD TV, DVD and music system. In addition the house is equipped with a telephone and free complimentary
wireless internet access to enable you to keep in touch whilst away.
Formal Living and Dining room
Accessed just off the kitchen, provides you with a family sized washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. There are plenty of
linens and towels provided for all the family.
Utility Room
Located in the garage have some fun with the pool table.
Games Room
The delightful heated pool overlooks the conservation woodland approximately 100ft away, where you can sit and watch a variety of
wildlife whilst soaking up some of the Florida sun on one of the sun loungers. The deck is extended so there is plenty of space for
everyone to enjoy the pool. The deck and underwater lighting provide a perfect setting in the evening to relax with a glass of wine
around the patio table and chairs. For the children's safety there is a safety fence around the pool. Please note pool heating is an
optional extra and is only required in the cooler months.
Pool Area
Fitted with queen size beds and pillow top mattress, decorative bed head with side tables and lamps, dresser unit, an overhead
fitted fan, radio alarm clock and cable television. The En-suite bathrooms include, shower, toilet and illuminated vanity unit and a
large walk-in wardrobe. A travel cot is also provided for your convenience.
2 Master Bedrooms with En-suite
These bedrooms include two very comfortable twin beds, dresser unit, bedside table and lamp, a ceiling fan, television with cable TV,
and double door closet.
